About Doodle Box

Doodle Box is run by Sarah-Jayne Reid: artist, art therapist and educator. Doodle Box is a local art school that serves the local and wider community.

About Doodle Box

Doodle Box focuses on encouraging each child to become more confident, independent and creative through the use of art. We introduce children to many different methods of two and three dimensional art making, using traditional and unconventional materials. We also introduce children to the work of famous and contemporary artists and periods of art, and explore image making based on what we've learned.

We are happy to welcome all children to our classes and do our best to support children with special needs.

Every year at our annual exhibition we present the Leah Kelly Award. This is in memory of our friend and Doodle Bug, Leah. We proudly support Leah's dad, Tom, in his fundraising for Aoibheann's Pink Tie and Barrettstown.
